REGULATIONS FOR PLACEMENT OF DECORATIONS
It is important for everyone to know that we encourage the use of decorations at Chapel Hill. Families and friends are always welcome to honor a loved one with a floral remembrance on any given day of the year.
However, to help us maintain an image of dignity and respect at all times, it is necessary for us to have and enforce a set of decoration regulations. These regulations govern the placement of certain types of decorations during appropriate seasons in accordance with our maintenance schedules.
ANNUAL SCHEDULE
March 18th to June 25th: Fresh cut or artificial flowers are permitted in the memorial vase. Please no items in the grass. See Holiday Exceptions below.
June 26th: Clean up. All decorations are removed except for live cut flowers in the vase.
June 26th to September 30th: Only fresh cut flowers are permitted in the memorial vase. We ask that no artificial decorations or potted plants be used during this time….our busiest maintenance season of the year. See Holiday Exceptions below.

November 1st to March 14th: Winter wreaths on a stand are permitted.
March 15th to March 17th: Cleanup. All decorations are removed. Please wait to place new decorations until cleanup is complete. Weather conditions often dictate completion.
