In a Mausoleum Entombment the casket is carefully placed in an attractive above-ground building designed for permanence and convenience. Chapel Hill offers three mausoleums in the cemetery: the beautiful Chimes Tower, our original mausoleum was constructed over 50 years ago. Since then, the Garden of Peace complex has been added with two separate buildings – both adjacent to the Chapel of Peace.
Permanence and security is our main priority at Chapel Hill with the construction of each mausoleum. Modern construction standards have been exceeded by pouring a four-foot thick solid concrete foundation. Steel-reinforced concrete, native stone, granite and bronze make up the remainder of the structure.
Design has been a prime factor at the Garden of Peace. The attractive Chapel of Peace is the focal point and its complementing mausoleum buildings reflect the beauty and peacefulness of the sanctuary. Native stone walls and hand-crafted limestone accents are shared by all buildings in the complex, giving a natural cohesive quality to each. Chapel Hill mausoleum buildings are only four levels high, so even the top tier name plaques can be easily read.

Purchase prices range from $4,100 – $4,700 for one person or $6,500 – $9,400 for two people. The bronze name plate(s), chapel committal service(s) and closing fees are included in these prices.
